Vlad Aksenov is a Los Angeles–based Production Designer and UCLA graduate working in film, television, and new media. He also holds a BA in Producing and Theater Arts from the Russian University of Theatre Arts (GITIS, 2004).
With over fifteen years of experience in design, his work has been selected for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, San Diego Comic-Con, and the Vancouver International Film Festival. He has received awards at Phoenix Fan Fusion (formerly Phoenix Comicon), the Catalina Film Festival, and the San Diego International Film Festival. His work, Incognito, is a finalist at the 47th Student Academy Awards, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
